It’s going to be something really simple again. No funny machines or sophisticated methods. To mark it’s simple, make a copy full scale of the drawings, take a nail and a hammer and go ahead...

The jig saw will do the rest...

Some 15 minutes later...

To keep the foam strips in place use some good quality double face tape...

No glue needed...

I used some masking tape to keep the strips aligned.
